As a sole proprietorship, Dylan Flament is personally liable for the obligations of the business. There is no share capital and no separate legal personality.
2. Activities and supervision
We supply digital services: software development, web and app development, e-commerce, blockchain integrations, hosting and digital marketing, plus our own software products offered as a service.
These activities are not a regulated profession and are not subject to an authorisation scheme or a professional body. We accept crypto-assets purely as a means of payment for our own services; we do not provide crypto-asset services to third parties (no custody, no exchange, no advice) and are therefore not a CASP under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA).
3. Terms that apply to this site
Use of this website and of our services is governed by our Terms & Conditions. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and what we store on your device in our Cookie & Storage Policy.
4. Intellectual property of this website
The texts, design, code, logos, videos and images on this website belong to Add You Agency or are used with permission. You may share and quote them with attribution; reproducing or reusing them commercially requires our prior written consent.
Named products of third parties and their trademarks belong to their respective holders.
5. Accuracy of the information here
We keep this website accurate and current. Descriptions of services, prices and technical claims are indicative until they are confirmed in a quote; only a quote binds us.
Figures and references shown on this site relate to work we actually delivered. We publish no invented reviews, no borrowed client logos and no metrics we cannot evidence — if we cannot prove it, it does not go on the site.
Should you nevertheless find something inaccurate, tell us at contact@addyouagency.com and we correct it.
